  • Here is a list of all the ice cream flavors made at Picket Fence Creamery. Some are seasonal, so not always available.  IF no flavor specified, vanilla will be ordered.

    Heavy Horses bread is made by hand from start to finish with hearty stone ground flours.  Our Baked at a Glance provides an overview of all our breads and scones. We'll be offering breads on a rotation.  The breads/scones this week are in the order section above.

    Multi-Grain Bread : Stone-ground whole wheat flour, bread flour, stone-ground rye flour, oatmeal, water, sunflower seeds, black flax seeds, golden flax seeds, honey, salt and yeast. Reheat – 450 degree oven for 5-10 minutes as a whole or in slices, toasted in toaster or sliced thin as a hearty sandwich bread.

    Sourdough : Bread flour, water, salt and starter.Reheat -- 350 degree oven for 5-10 minutes to insure a crisp crust.

    Ciabatta : Bread flour, water, olive oil, salt and yeast.Reheat -- 350 degree oven for 5-10 minutes to insure a crisp crust.

    Cranberry Pecan Bread : Stone-ground whole wheat flour, bread flour, stone-ground rye flour, unprocessed wheat bran, raw wheat germ, cranberries, pecans, water, honey, salt and yeast.Reheat - 450 degree oven for 5-10 minutes as a whole or in slices

    Wood-Fired French : Bread flour, water, salt and yeast.Reheat -- 350 degree oven for 5-10 minutes to insure a crisp crust.

    Hearty Country Bread : Stone-ground whole wheat flour, bread flour, stone-ground rye flour, water, honey, salt and yeast.Reheat - 450 degree oven for 5-10 minutes as a whole or in slices.

    Rustic French Bread: Bread flour, water, salt and yeast. Reheat -- 350
    degree oven for 5-10 minutes to insure a crisp crust.

    Light Rye: Stone Ground rye flour, bread flour, water, honey, yeast, salt,
     vinegar. Reheat --350 degree oven for 5-10 minutes as a whole or in slices.

  • Heavy Horses Scones have a soft interior and delicate texture with a slight crunch on the outside. Scones store well in paper or plastic on the counter or in the refrigerator for up to a week; if stored in plastic, toast in toaster to crisp exterior.  All scones $1.25 each.

    Very Berry : Unbleached white flour, unsalted butter, cream, blueberries, cranberries, cherries, sugar, baking powder, and salt

    Cherry Chocolate Chip : Unbleached white flour, unsalted butter, cream, cherries, white and dark chocolate chips, sugar, baking powder, and salt

    Brown Sugar Pecan: Unbleached white flour, cream, unsalted butter, baking powder, sugar, dark brown sugar, cinnamon, pecans and salt

    Lemon Blueberry : Unbleached white flour, unsalted butter, cream, blueberries, lemon zest, sugar, baking powder, salt, and raw sugar

  • Tall Tree Bakery--Gluten free baked goods

  • Tall Tree Bakery loaves of bread are bigger than what is found in grocery stores so it is best to cut loaf and freeze what won't be eaten within 5 days. This bread is excellent for hot and cold sandwiches of all sorts, french toast, croutons etc. Simply wrap and put in a proper freezer bag. Most Gluten Free baked goods will keep for up to a month. When ready to use, unwrap desired piece, thaw, and devour.

    Ingredients:
    Chocolate Cookies - Butter, Almond Flour, Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Fair Trade Cocoa Powder, Bittersweet Choc. Chunks, sugar, salt, vanilla, xanthan gum.

    Mocha Swirl Bundt Cake - Sweet Rice Flour, Almond Flour, Potato Starch, Butter, Eggs, Vanilla, Espresso, Sugar, Xanthan gum,Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Salt. Glaze- Confectioners sugar, vanilla, milk. Serves 4-8.

    White sandwich bread - brown and white rice flour, millet flour, garbanzo bean flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum, eggs, salt, rice milk, honey, canola oil, apple cider vinegar, yeast

    Nutty Bread - brown and white rice flour, millet flour, garbanzo bean flour, tapioca flour, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, xanthan gum, eggs, salt, rice milk, honey canola oil, apple cider vinegar, molasses, yeast

    Morning Glory Apple Muffin - garbanzo bean flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, white sorghum flour, fava bean flour, quinoa flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, apples, walnuts, sugar, toasted oats, coconut, raisins, honey, xanthan gum, eggs, milk, vegetable oil. Maple glaze: real maple syrup, confectioners sugar, vanilla.

    Coffee Cake - rice flour, almond flour, potato starch, brown and white sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, xanthan gum, sour cream, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, walnut. Topped with butter, rice flour, white/brown sugar, cinnamon, walnuts.

    Chewy Chocolate-Chip Oatmeal Cookies - Gluten free oats, rice flour, almond flour, potato starch, chocolate-chips, raisins, brown and white sugar, butter, eggs, baking powder, salt.

    Sunny Granola - Gluten free oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, golden raisins, cranberries, coconut flakes, local honey, vegetable oil, ginger, salt.
