If you would like a boneless ham or boneless loin roast for Easter, I will deliver it in March. If you are ordering chickens, we have small whole chickens available this month. We are out of the other selections. The first batch of baby chicks arrive on Thursday and should be ready in May. We have lots of spare ribs (and a good recipe for fixing them in the oven during the winter), pork chops, boneless shoulder roasts, boneless loin roasts, ground pork, sausages, cutlets, deli ham, and other pork cuts.
